As a Doula, I pride myself in providing you and your partner with care, understanding, information and support throughout, during, and after the birthing process. Our initial meeting will help me tailor my packages to fit your needs, as every pregnancy is different. To schedule an initial consultation, or to learn more about my practice, please contact me.

Birth Doula Services
HERE FOR YOU
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, as your doula I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.
Upon signing birth doula service agreement I provide:
-Unlimited support via phone, text and email up to 2 weeks postpartum.

-2-3 Prenatal visits.
​
-Continuous support during labor, delivery and 2 hours after birth.
​
-2 Postpartum visits to see how you and your baby are doing, to process the birth experience and get feedback from you about my role as your doula.
​
Contact me about my Birth Doula service fee. I will provide services at a reduced cost for low-income families or I can accept barters and payment plans for families with financial hardships.
My birth and postpartum doula services are covered by these Medicaid health plans:

Postpartum Doula Services
HOW I ASSIST
As a Postpartum Doula I'm here to help a new family in those first days and weeks after bringing home a new baby. I work with each family individually to find out their particular needs. Some of the postpartum services that I can perform include:​

Breastfeeding support

Help with the emotional and physical recovery after birth

Light housekeeping so that mom does not feel so overwhelmed

Running errands

Assistance with newborn care such as diapering, bathing, feeding and comforting

Light meal preparation

Baby soothing techniques

Sibling care

Referrals to local resources such as but not limited to parenting classes, pediatricians, lactation support and other parenting support groups​
